Hibernation Mode

Hibernation Mode is available for $9.99/month, billed in 3-month increments ($29.97) on a recurring 3-month schedule.


While in Hibernation Mode, you will lose access to your account, but all your data will be securely stored for your return. This option is ideal for users running seasonal businesses or those taking a temporary break from Rightway GO.


If you decide to reactivate your account before the 3-month period ends, you'll receive a pro-rated refund. Please note, each Rightway GO account can request Hibernation Mode only once per calendar year.

When switching to Hibernation Mode, we need to know whether you’d like to keep or release your phone number.

  • Keeping your phone number will incur a $2/month fee. Any incoming texts or calls during this period will be charged at our standard text and call rates.

  • If your text and call credits drop below $0, you will be automatically billed to maintain the number. Should your account's text and call credits remain negative, we’ll notify you via email to update your payment information. If no action is taken, your phone number will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Important: Activating Hibernation Mode does not pause your automations or workflows. If you have automated workflows you want to stop, you must disable them before submitting this request, or they will continue to run.

At the end of your current billing cycle, your account will transition to Hibernation Mode. This plan renews every three months at $29.97 on an ongoing basis unless you cancel your subscription or switch back to RightWay GO.

Note: If you’ve chosen to release your phone number, that change will take effect at the close of your current billing cycle.
